Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of the number of items:

• Germany: Standard €3.00, delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch
• EU countries: Standard €9.00, delivery 5–8 business days after dispatch; Express €25.00, delivery 1–4 business days after dispatch
• All other countries: Standard USD 12.00, delivery 11–17 business days after dispatch; Express USD 60.00, delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch

Our handcrafted pieces are shipped within 3–5 business days of your order. The total delivery time is therefore this dispatch time plus the delivery time above, e.g. 5–9 business days for Standard shipping within Germany. The delivery times shown at checkout apply from dispatch.

For deliveries to the USA, we pay the customs duties ourselves, so there are no additional charges for you. For deliveries to other countries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or fees may be charged in the destination country.

We deliver to Germany, all EU countries and most other countries worldwide. We currently do not deliver to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, the Isle of Man, Monaco, North Korea, Russia or Syria.

Undeliverable shipments

Should the assigned transport company return the goods to the Seller, because delivery to the Client was not possible, the Client bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the Client's control or if he has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless the Seller has notified the Client for a reasonable time in advance about the service.
